Here it is to February

We are finally starting to get out of the second polar vortex with a high of 29 today! I can't even imagine. It sounds so gloriuos! Grace has missed 7 school days this year with a record number of 2 hour delays. But I haven't minded sleeping in until 8... So today was a mad dash of getting everyone up at a decent hour for the first time in 5 weeks. I was so excited to see the car temperature hit 12 degrees that I swept my car. Its a nice mix of dirt, salt and whatever-the-kids-are-eating.  I welcome February.. Here is to hoping we can get out of the house, mkay?
